PRIDE Industries prepares people with disabilities for employment and more independent lives. We have the expertise to support individuals in overcoming challenges with skills development, employment, and successful community integration.

Community Employment Services

PRIDE Industries partners with hundreds of employers who value determination, dependability and strong work ethic. With these employers, PRIDE can identify jobs for people with disabilities while helping establish a reliable workforce for its business partners.

Vocational Training

In collaboration with the Department of Rehabilitation, PRIDE Industries helps individuals transition to community employment that meets their goals.

Youth Services

For youth with disabilities, PRIDE Industries provides mentorship, training, and services to help youth work toward independent adult life.

Pre-Employment Transition

Individuals will be more successful in transitioning to employment with support beforehand. PRIDE Industries collaborates with each person to ensure they are properly prepared.

Organizational Employment Services

For individuals with disabilities seeking competitive employment, PRIDE Industries provides special work and training opportunities to help people develop their skills.

Veterans Support

PRIDE Industries is proud to support veterans as they seek employment after military life. PRIDE works closely to make the most of the exceptional skills these individuals can use in their jobs.

For those who want to get their foot in the door or pursue a new career, PRIDE’s internship program offers up to 250 hours of paid work experience within PRIDE or with a community employer.

Completing higher education can be a challenge for people with disabilities. PRIDE is pleased to provide a scholarship program for individuals who attend colleges or universities in areas where PRIDE operates.

Independent Living Services for Adults with Disabilities

PRIDE Industries’ Independent Living Services for Adults with Disabilities (ILS) provides on-going support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and participate actively in their community.

While PRIDE provides the services and support, the people we work with ultimately find their own success through hard work and commitment. Read some of their stories here.
